Based upon our conversation during the initial consultation, we will go away and draw up a series of hand-drawn sketches for between three and five proposed designs. We will then ask for your feedback on these designs. It is equally important that you tell us what you don’t like as well as what you do like as this will help inform the design development.

Based upon your feedback on the initial designs, we will either draw up three to five fresh designs or modify the existing designs in line with your comments. This is an iterative process that can go on for as long as you like until we have narrowed down on your optimal solution.

The concept stage is charged by the hour at our standard hourly rate with no commitment to progressing further with any designs. Any designs produced, whether they end up being built or not, remain the intellectual property of Edmund & Co. Ltd.
